Fandyo is an 18+ live audio sports discussion and social interaction platform that enables users to participate in audio and text-based discussions related to sports, matches, events, and fan communities.
By accessing or using Fandyo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Fandyo is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Fandyo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

7. Moderation & Enforcement
Fandyo moderators (Referees) and automated systems may take enforcement actions including:
Moderation actions are final and taken to maintain platform safety and integrity.
8. Payments & Monetization
Fandyo may offer monetization features for hosts and creators, including wallet systems, revenue sharing, and payouts.
All payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. Fandyo reserves the right to modify payout structures or restrict earnings in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All Fandyo branding, platform design, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Fandyo. Users retain rights to their own content but grant Fandyo a license to use, display, and process it for platform operations and moderation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fandyo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fandyo is not liable for user-generated content, actions of third parties, platform interruptions, or any loss of data or earnings resulting from platform usage.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Fandyo after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
